Cancellation fees
A full refund of the prepaid amount will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days from the date of booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days after the date of booking will result in a cancellation fee of:
45EUR/30GBP/65CHF/300SEK/300NOK/450ZAR/300DKK/200AED/200SAR/20KWD.
No Shows will result in a cancellation fee of:
95EUR/70GBP/140CHF/750SEK/750NOK/1,050ZAR/700DKK/450AED/450SAR/45KWD
A refund of any remaining amount will be made to the account originally billed & will appear on the account balance within 5 to 10 working days. Detailed information can be found in our terms & conditions.
Hertz Business+ and Hertz Business Lite are no pre-paid rates! They have to be paid on arrival and therefore can be cancelled free of charge until the moment of pick up.
