Hertz online check-in
Hertz online check-in is a feature that allows your customer to submit their details online with the rental location, before the car is collected.
It will save the customer time when picking up the car as the rental location has all the necessary details in their system already. How does it work. Go to the website: https://www.hertz.nl/rentacar/onlinecheckin/index.jsp?targetPage=onlineCheckInView.jsp
- Enter the reservation number and family name to retrieve your reservation
- Complete, submit and print the Check-in form
- On arrival at your rental location; show your check-in confirmation, driving license and method of payment to receive your keys
- Ready to go! We wish you a pleasant trip
Please note that if you book using a Gold profile, you do not need to process an online check-in, as the personal details relevant to the rental (e.g. driver's license number, etc.) will be already saved within your profile and automatically attached to the rental.
